MMA David VS Goliath! This wasn't in the bible was it?

I consider myself an avid MMA Fan and came across this fight between Fedor Emelianeko VS the Techno Goliath Hong Man Choi. I have no idea why they would put Fedor's unbelievable 26 Win 1 Loss record against the K1 Freak show Giant Hong Man Choi's 1 Win record.

Why not put Korean Dictator Kim Jong il in the ring against Interim Welterweight UFC Champion Georges St Pierre?

I guess the Japanese market really like watching Freaks of Nature getting their arms broken.
