Are Macs really Virus Proof? Watch out for that Trojan Horse!

With the rapid growth in the market share it appears that Mac OS X has been the most recent target of a Trojan Horse. Not even the mighty Cheetah, Puma, Jaguar, Panther, Tiger and most recently released Leopard seem to be immune to this Trojan Horse.

Mac Porn surfers beware! This Trojan is reported to install a Video codec necessary for viewing free pornographic videos on Macs. However, it will start poisoning the Mac with malicious software allowing the Mac to become hijacked and turned into a basic rotten Apple.



My advice: only install updates from Apple’s website. Lesson learned: Always backup your data!
